Return Policy

 1.We can offer free returns for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 7 days. DO NOT ALLOW used wigs to be returned

3、you must fill in the return & exchange form to request a return for exchange within 7 days after you received the package. No return is processed after 7 days.

6、Please don't bother to send the box, you can pack the wig directly with the express bag. Customers who don’t follow the return instruction will be responsible for extra shipping fee caused.

7、Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you want to return your wig, please sign for your package first & email king@cnuhair.com for return instruction. Or you will have to pay the high customs fee resulted from not following our instructions.

8、The product must be in its original state.

Exchange Policy

1、We can offer exchange without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item.

 

2、Rush Exchange:

You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.

. Place a new order online , we will send your new purchase after payment received

. When we receive the eligible returned product, we'll issue FULL refund.

For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

3、Standard Exchange

Order Cancellation & Change Policy

Order Change:

1.The order can be freely changed within 12 hours after you placed.

2.15% handling fee will be charged for the change within 3 days.

* Shipped out order cannot be changed

Order Cancellation:

Free of charge

2.15% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation within 1 weeks

 Repair policy

1、Every customer can enjoy a one-time free repairing service within after-sale three months (except the damage caused by improper use ).

2、Repair services after 3 months will be charged a fee that depends on what kind of repair needs to be done.

3、Please email king@cnuhair.com with pictures before you return it we have to make sure whether it can be repaired.After confirming your repair request, you can send the wig back.

4、Our customers can enjoy one time of wig repairing services

Repair Service:

---Clearing the hair  
---Adding hair (less than 130% hair density) 
---Cutting the extra lace 
----Adjusting the cap circumference (fore-and-aft 0.5")
The repair time is 25-36 business days

5、The repair costs and re-shipping fee will be on the customers if the damage is the result of inappropriate use.

6、Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

 Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.

 

PayPay Users

PayPal users:when ordered and paid, we don’t accept any change for shipping address.  we will ship your order to your initial shipping address. if you cannot receive it we are not responsible for it.

 

Customs &Taxes

 Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair” (UK orders will be declared as "Real Human Hair") with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, Orders shipped to certain areas of the United States may have taxes or duties with a random inspection. Customs may require you to provide SSN and EIN. if it happens, Ulashwig is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.

 The lace wig is made of 100% human hair.  If you are experience in coloring this type of hair, you can do styling on the hair as you wish on your natural hair. We strongly recommend not to dye the lace wig since most of our products have been changed int the manufacturing , especially wavy, curly or yaki hairs.  During coloring, the hair may be over processed or damaged.  We are not responsible for any damaged caused on the unit during dying.
